Why the Evil Eye Bead?
You may notice a common trait among our bracelets. That's right - it's our signature Turkish Evil Eye, but it’s much more than just a simple design feature.
The Evil Eye bead is a symbol of the foundation on which everything else is built--protecting your energy.
Wearing gemstones around your wrist may be one of the best ways to soak up the potency of crystal healing vibes.
Wearing your bracelet acts as a visual cue, a reminder to be fully present in your intention and to protect your energy.

The Signature Evil Eye Bead
Our Turkish Evil Eye beads are handcrafted in Turkey by glassmakers who dedicate themselves to this art.
The beads are made by layering the different colors of glass, so they are not flat. This is how you can tell the authentic beads from the many copies you can find on the market.
We chose the iconic cobalt blue Evil Eye to symbolize protection. The power of this striking blue radiates positive energy and invites good karma.
Slip on your beaded bracelet and feel the healing vibes.

a fascinating symbol
The Evil Eye is a 3,000-year-old universal symbol of protection. Rooted in ancient Mesopotamia, this tradition spans Greek, Roman, Jewish, Islamic, Hindu, and Buddhist cultures.
-
The Legend: It stems from the belief that an envious or malicious gaze can pass a curse of bad luck and misery to another person.
-
The Targets: People experiencing immense success, beauty, or wealth are believed to attract this negative energy the most.
-
The Shield: To block this envy, cultures worldwide wear the iconic blue-and-white Nazar amulet. It is designed to absorb the negative glare and keep the wearer safe.
artisan history
Nazarköy, a village on Turkey's Aegean coast, has been the world capital of evil eye beads for over 75 years.
Local glassmakers still craft these iconic "nazar boncuğu" by hand, using traditional brick-and-mud kilns and iron tools to shape the glass into layers of blue, white, and black.
The art behind the design:
-
The Craft: Artisans painstakingly layer beautiful blue glass with white, light blue, and black to perfectly resemble an eye.
-
The Color: The iconic deep cobalt blue isn't just aesthetic—it symbolizes protection by reflecting malicious intent back to the onlooker.
-
The Energy: Beyond shielding the wearer, the specific blue hue evokes a sense of peace, calm, and tranquility.

Because you can't have enough protection against negativity.
