
Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING COSTS
The shipping fee is calculated based on weight, size, and destination. A physical address is required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to prevent lost or stolen packages.
FULFILLMENT TIMES
Shipping is available within the 48 contiguous United States. All orders placed after 1 PM ET will start processing on the next business day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and major holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Allow 2-3 business days for standard processing Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm EST.
DAMAGED/LOST
We package with great care to ensure safe delivery and to prevent damage. Once your order is in the hands of the post office, we will not be held liable for any damage or delays. If your order arrives damaged or tracks as delivered but is not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues. USPS at 1-800-222-1811 or your local post office. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order.
TRACKING STATUS
Once your order has been processed by USPS, you will be provided with a Tracking Number. We are unable to provide additional tracking information other than what is provided by the carrier. For more detailed information please reach out to the carrier directly. If a package is in transit for longer than 15 business days please reach out to support@bougievida.com for further assistance.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want our customers to be satisfied with the quality of our products. If a product is damaged during shipping or you are unhappy with the product, simply let us know within 14 days after delivery, and we will try to resolve the situation to your satisfaction in a way that is fair to both parties. We are a small company and try to do our best for each situation. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to purchasing.
CANCELLATIONS
RETURNS
We do accept returns of unused items with original tags and packaging, with the following exclusions: all body products, room sprays, and wax melts. Please note, all custom and discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Please read product descriptions carefully. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns must be started within 14 days of delivery.

Please note, all returns that do not meet the 14 day requirement for requesting a Return Authorization Number, (RA#), will only be considered for online store credit and no refund will be given.

Upon receiving your RA#, you have 14 days to ship your return.

Include a copy of the Return Authorization email with your package.
REFUNDS
Upon inspection, items that appear used or received without original packaging are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Refunds take approximately 5-10 business days to show on your bank account/credit card after the refund has been processed. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card.
To make an exchange, it is best to complete your return and place a new order.
Cancellations up to 24 hours from when the order was placed, will be fully refunded. For all others, please follow the return policy. Please use the Contact form on the website for all Cancellations.
